I love birthday parties! When I was little my birthday was the major highlight of my year. Decorations set the mood, you don't have to go out and buy a lot of expensive stuff when there are so many neat thing you can make for yourself. I just love these party hats that I found on Martha Stewart's website. You can go to her website to get complete directions on how to make them.
