The Gift

When I look to the heavens it's amazing to know
That God the Creator was willing to show

His love to the world by sending His Son
Who died a low death of shame on the cross
To save my lost soul at such a great cost.
Why He would love me I may never know,
But I want to do my best to show
The rest of the world the hope that I've found
