Welcome to my blog! I am a twenty-four stay at home wife...and I love it! My sweetheart and I have been married five years and like my husband says, the only regret I have about getting married is that I didn't do it sooner!:) God has called my husband and I to be missionaries to the people of Nepal. Currently we are on deputation to raise the support that we need to get to the field. I love comments so please say hello sometime.
How to Know Without a Doubt That You Are On Your Way to Heaven:
1. Accept that you are a sinner. "As it is written, There is none righteous no not one." Romans 3:10 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23
2. Realize that the penalty for your sin is death and hell. "For the wages of sin is death..."Romans 6:23a "And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." Revelation 20:14,15
3. Realize that you cannot get to heaven on your own. "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:8-9 4. Believe that Jesus Christ died to pay for your sins and then rose again. "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."Romans 6:23
5. Turn from your sin and trust Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour. "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."Romans 10 :9 6. Pray and ask Jesus to come into your heart today. "...behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation..." II Corinthians 6:2b
